My Headache Experience

I am pretty sure you all must have had small headache experiences .I too had it early in my life and I use to just think its not a big deal Until I actually got a taste of what sinus headache is . 

How It all started 

My friends came over and I had some ice cream . Asthma patient and I always had. runny nose so I thought its not big deal . I did get a small headache which I thought will go away may be its due to some mucus which I was right . b

Next morning the headache won’t go away despite me doing all the Pranayama and other stuff including Wim Hof Method of 

It’s been a month now and I still have a headache . I thought I had black fungus cos at the begging. of the month. I did get some itchy eyes . 

I am just too scared to get a CT scan. I have read some really dreadful news of a person dying using a CT scan as the workers did not remove the metal chain the patient was wearing and the patient died . News is really not good place to calm you down 

So the CT scan was a big no for me . Now I was having all sorts of imaginations about what this headache could be .Is it Migraine? Is it sinus or is it something else . Am I gonna die ?? 

My Daily Routine For the Month I suffered headache 

I was having ll sort of Patanjali Medicines which can strengthen brain and Immunity especially Nervous System Like Medhavati 

What Did not work For me to Get Rid from Headache

Its very simple 

• Boil water 
• Add sea salt to it 
• let it cool for 15 minutes cover to with something so it doesn’t get dirty 
• have a Nasal flush bottle or Jal Neti Pot which you can easily get on amazon

Jal Neti Pot For Headache

Sit down or stand over Wash BAsin and pour saline water through Jal neti Pot from One nostril and let the water get out 

What would be the sensation 

• You will feel some sort of electric waves running through the brains 
• This will in fact do something to mucous and it will all come out through the nose and give you relief
• I was so much in pain that I did this after every 2 hours 
• As per Ayurveda you should do this daily and cleanse your nasal area 
•  I would keep on doing this followed by pouring some drops of pure Coe ghee that is clarified butter in to the nostrils which will strengthen my brain nerve cells 

I would once again post my feedback after some days and alos Ice Creams are definite no . 

We should sue them lol .

Wim hoff method for anxiety

I was suffering from terrible anxiety for a year long period 🙃 😪

And what helped me was this method which is called as Wim hoff Method where you do some breathing exercises.
