Value Of Change And why We shouldn’t Be scared Of It

Life is not simple, it always has lots of ups and downs . lots of doubts and confusion and there you are forced to make adult decisions. 

Sometimes showing a positive attitude 

towards change can do wonders

We need To understand the value of change. Of course It feels weird ,we don’t want to have it and we don’t know what this change will bring .You are scared just scared of the future .You feel what will happen to you so you get scared of moving on .

But it’s important to learn that change is inevitable part of life and you have to learn to deal with change .You won’t learn immediately and initially hut slowly you might like whatever happen 

Yes you will be scared anxious but isn’t that beautiful 

Every Time you have caught yourself in some shift , you thought you are gone but you can come out as a winner .

There is Need to learn to adapt slowly which unfortunately no one teaches you when you were a kid 

Change is must to shift the energies It needs to circulate & you need to move on .

For eg When you lose all the respect for someone it’s better to go away and live with pleasant memories rather than living with them and being more hateful to each other .Life is too short to have bda memories. 

Be thankful Grateful and Move on

How am I coping  up with my Anxiety 

  • Had ashwagandha and few other herbs such jas shuddh konch and shatavari with water 
  • Did some pranayama and wim hof style breathing 
  • Took ice cold water shower 
  • Talking to plants 
  • Talking my cats

  • Did some chanting of Mahamrtyunjaya Mantra dedicated to lord Shiva & took a nap 

EVENING  UPDATE 

  • Felt bit good and refreshing 

  • Went for a walk and bought fresh dairy milk 
  • Will again do some Breathing exercise and will have a cup of hot chocolate made with fresh dairy milk
  • Namastey 

Consciousness- Eating healthy

I have becomes conscious of what I will eat and what I will not .Despite being tempted to get all the processed food and chocolates and chips I took a decision of eating healthy and  seasonal .  So here I am am with cauliflower curry leaves and Lauki

Healthy Pulses Sweet Potato Curry / Soup For Anxiety

Red lentils
Moong lentils which all the yogis recommend

Moon lentils is recommended by all the saints yogis and Ayurvedic practitioners in India

Toor dal lentils
Mix all three

Mix all 3 dal /Pulses and add it to cooker with 3 cups of water and add turmeric red chilli powder and some garam masaala for authentic Indian curry taste .

Pressure cook all the ingredients

After 15 min open the cooker and you can add boiled and mashed sweet potato which are considered to have high nutritional value

Mix all properly and have it as soup

Dark chocolate And its role in reducing Anxiety

Dark chocolate contains Flavinole that are antioxidants which help maintain brain functions. They promote the blood flow and let the brain function well in stressed out situations.

So today morning instead of having Chai / tea I thought to make some hot dark chocolate for My self .

All I needed was fresh dairy milk Not those of Tetrapack Milk which are really dangerous for your health .

Thick hot dark chocolate

Some dark chocolate and some sugar just for the taste .

Enjoying my dark chocolate, manifesting that it’s healing me gives me good feeling 😋

How I celebrated Buddha Purnima

Yesterday 26th of May 2021 was Buddha Purnima .For the first time I thought this event is important and I should not let this event go wasted. I have been told by my family to keep fast and observe this day as an special event and pray to ancestors which I never took very seriously but now since I had something to ask for I thought of utilizing this opportunity as we all know hopes can move mountains .And Also My anxiety wanted me to do something.

Though I did not have any plans my friends encouraged me to do Purnima that is Full moon meditation .We all know how meditation works wonderfully to calm a person’s anxiety down

Full Moon & Its Connection with Emotions& Mental Health

In Hinduism, Purnima is considered very sacred.Its the day of ancestors, The day when Moon ( Astrologically very important planet ) is its full glory so that day becomes a blessing as moon represents emotions in astrology we see lot of emotions going up and down on that particular day

Anxiety which makes you feel disturbed emotionally and stresses you out is also related to weak moon in a chart of an indivdual ,astrologically .

Since yesterday was also Lunar Eclipse and Full moon day it is said that the universe and solar system is going through a high power shift of energies and at such an extraordinary time humans are suggested to do fast and meditate chant mantras and use this time period to get closer to Moksha that is enlightenment

So this was from The Vedas .

In Buddhism Lord Buddha got enlightenment during this day and thus this day is also called as Buddha Purnima and that itself can prove how much full moon days are important for us or for someone who is struggling with peace .

My Schedule

I got up late 1t 10 am .Getting up early has become a struggle for me but i am determined to get into the habit of getting up early .I have seen favorable signs as today I got up at 9 .

After waking up I chose to do some stretches ,water my lovely plants and taking a moment to watch news which was mostly about Palestine & Israel war and India’s policies on Social media giants .after 1 hour I thought that is enough of negativity for a day and encouraged myself to do some breathing exercises and yoga .

After finishing my Pranayama and Yoga I did felt sleepy though TV saved me .Saw some Netflix and got hooked to Ted Bundy show .Man that was horrible and don’t do anything to decrease my anxiety .

Why is no government stopping these shows from getting aired .I am 32 year old women & the fear it gave me is unimaginable . Imagine what happens to kids . Phew..

THE ECLIPSE

After getting terrified of that serial killer I chose to shift my focus .The Eclipse started at 3.15 and I chose to listen to wise words of Shri M .That did calm me down followed by some chanting during the eclipse

As per the hindu rules you should not Eat ,sleep, have sexual intercourse ,roam out or wash clothes or wash yourself during Eclipse .It sounds funny but if you believe in astrology there is logic behind it and I would discuss that some other day 🙂

So once the Eclipse was over at 7.18 I quickly took head to toe bath and did a small manifestation and prayer to god thanking him and requested him to bring me out of all the negativity that was gonna come around as a result of planetary war in the universe . (again astrological term)

Bathing made me feel good and I quickly did my 15 minute breathing exercise along with 30 minutes of Meditation with famous Saint Shree Shree Ravi Shankarji .

Felt good ,made my khichdi and thanked my ancestors .
