I can be really stubborn When it comes to finding out the real reason behind my sickness of Anxiety and depression  

What I found out the reason to be for my Anxiety 

  • Food habits 
  • Nutrient deficiency 
  • Lack of Physical exercise
  • Lack of yogic exercise
  • Wavering Mind 
  • Irregular Periods 
  • Irregular  Sleeping Pattern
  • Surroundings 

I have written enough about my food habits and lazy lifestyle .What I found Out that your surrounding and Architecture may also affect your mental health 

  • Lack of sunlight 
  • Lack fresh air 
  • Closed atmosphere 

I changed my place and stayed at my friend’s place for a few days and I did see the change in my mental health .I was back to normal.  

In case you are also struggling with the same, try some change . 

Go to visit some other place and see if you feel the same and then maybe you need to think about shifting your place .

Wim Hof Method For Stress & Anxiety 

I have been practicing this method for the past 4 days and I have seen a huge difference in my thought process . 

I bumped into his YouTube  video 4 days ago when I was feeling really restless and anxious 😟

He was explaining this to some other youtuber and I thought I should try this 

The next moment I was practicing his breathing technique immediately.

The technique 

  • Exhale and inhale breath for 30 sec each exhale inhale will be counted 1 
  • Once finished, take a deep breath and hold for 30 sec initially . 
  • After successfully holding your breath take a deep breath and hold for 15 seconds 
  • Repeat the same exercise again and this time hold the breath for 1 minute 
  • Subsequently increase the number of duration to hold the breath 

My Review  

  • I have found that this method has really really helped me calm my breath down 
  • Relaxed my mind and helped me concentrate on my thoughts 
  • Get back in touch with reality 
  • Having more positive vibes 
  • Feeling energized and feeling good also 

I request you to do this 5 minute breathing exercise every morning at least once a day before your start a day .Make sure you do it empty stomach to have maximum result 

Value Of Change And why We shouldn’t Be scared Of It

Life is not simple, it always has lots of ups and downs . lots of doubts and confusion and there you are forced to make adult decisions. 

Sometimes showing a positive attitude 

towards change can do wonders

We need To understand the value of change. Of course It feels weird ,we don’t want to have it and we don’t know what this change will bring .You are scared just scared of the future .You feel what will happen to you so you get scared of moving on .

But it’s important to learn that change is inevitable part of life and you have to learn to deal with change .You won’t learn immediately and initially hut slowly you might like whatever happen 

Yes you will be scared anxious but isn’t that beautiful 

Every Time you have caught yourself in some shift , you thought you are gone but you can come out as a winner .

There is Need to learn to adapt slowly which unfortunately no one teaches you when you were a kid 

Change is must to shift the energies It needs to circulate & you need to move on .

For eg When you lose all the respect for someone it’s better to go away and live with pleasant memories rather than living with them and being more hateful to each other .Life is too short to have bda memories.

Dark chocolate contains Flavinole that are antioxidants which help maintain brain functions. They promote the blood flow and let the brain function well in stressed out situations.

So today morning instead of having Chai / tea I thought to make some hot dark chocolate for My self .

All I needed was fresh dairy milk Not those of Tetrapack Milk which are really dangerous for your health .

Thick hot dark chocolate

Some dark chocolate and some sugar just for the taste .

Enjoying my dark chocolate, manifesting that it’s healing me gives me good feeling 😋

Winning Over Anxiety – Day 1

As you know that I am struggling with depression and anxiety I was happy to tell you that I had lovely day today and thought if challenging myself to choose a lifestyle and diet in order to get rid of this issue which is making me suicidal

STARTING MY DAY

I started my day with honey water as I have heard that honey has the ability to reduce anxiety 

As I am suffering so badly with anxiety I thought to include all the foods that prevent ut .It might be wrong but as you see I am unable to cope up with this issue which sometimes make me think  whats there in life 

In afternoon I had a mango and made lots root recipe 

I heard from gurujagat that 3 food items are extremely important to generate ojas in a human being

Water chestnut

I never liked lotus root so I experimented & made a new recipe called Lotus Root Pancake Recipe Today which i actually enjoyed compared to all mt previous experiments .the secret here is i added Potato to create this yummy dish .

Breathing Exercises & Yoga

Next I did some breathing exercises Pranayamafor 15 min 

And an 1 hour of yoga practice made me relaxed 

I am planning to call it a day by chanting my mantra for 15 minutes .I found this wonderfully app called Spritual workout which really lets me able to chant a mantra 108 times without getting distracted

I am feeling good although I did feel some what uneasiness in the evening but I think I am still recovering and I will overcome this and I shouldn’t loose my hopes . -)
